The Studio was designed by our 14-year-old daughter, Alex, and is renting for the first time in the summer of 2023. We saved this historic structure and almost completely rebuilt it from the studs on up. Reminiscent of an 1800’s schoolhouse, this staff quarters turned chicken coop turned office turned private getaway is tucked into a residential neighborhood next to a historic American foursquare (that’s on the National Registry!). This location gives you that rural, small-town feel with all the privacy of your own space. Be sure to greet the turkeys as they pass by.
